On Saturday, March 15th, the Belgrano Day School community enjoyed a new edition of Family Day at the El Talar sports grounds. Under clear skies, students from all sections, together with their families, teachers, and staff, shared a day full of games, sport, and community spirit.
As every year, this event not only offers a space for fun, but is also a special opportunity to welcome the new families who joined the school in 2025 and to give them a chance to get to know our grounds.
Games and fun for the little ones
From early on, Kinder, P1, and P2 students took part in various recreational activities, with giant inflatables, ring-toss games, races, and dances led by entertainers. Accompanied by their families, the youngest members of BDS enjoyed a day full of pure joy and movement.
Sports and Interhouses in action
For Primary and Middle & Senior students, the day was marked by sport and team spirit. The hockey, volleyball, and rugby pitches were the setting for intense matches. During the event, the rugby teams kicked off the Interhouses 2025 competition. On this occasion, South earned the highest score.
A closing lunch with family
After a morning full of activities, families and staff enjoyed an outdoor lunch, kicking off a new year full of learning and shared experiences.
