Kinder Experience
In an environment of emotional support, respect and security, Kinder offers a Comprehensive Educational Programme that promotes habits, socialisation, autonomy and creativity.
We educate curious and confident children, accompanying them in their first steps in a bilingual ecosystem, from K1 to K5, that promotes learning and exploration. From the beginning, we encourage them to become lifelong learners and develop a solid base for their personal and academic journeys.

Bilingual Education
Two bilingual teachers per classroom accompany the language development from the first years of education, generating a naturally immersive environment that promotes understanding, expression, and communication in both languages. We work on phonological awareness in a systematic way, focusing on sound differentiation and the foundations for a sound and early on bilingual literacy.

Personalised social and emotional Support
The management team, teachers and Orientation Centre accompany the comprehensive development of each child, respecting their pace, individualities and personal needs. We focus on the early detection of patterns of neurodevelopment and on the appropriate orientation of families when necessary. We believe in a strong bond between families and the school to guide our students.

Expression and Movement
Body and expression are protagonists in this early childhood learning. Through the subjects of Music, Movement, and Physical Education, our students develop physical awareness, creativity, emotional regulation, and self-confidence. These experiences are carried out in specially designed spaces to promote movement and active exploration.

Meaningful Experiences
Learning goes beyond the classroom. Educational outings, within the frame of pedagogical projects, include our sports field El Talar, parks, museums, and other places that enrich the school experience. These experiences promote curiosity, socialisation, and learning in meaningful and real environments.

Language Development
We promote spoken and written development through storytelling and dramatisations both in English and Spanish. We integrate words, images, sounds and digital culture from an early age. We also promote reading comprehension and written production, respecting the pace of each student. Our Library is present in every school year, promoting a love for reading and an early on and progressive literacy.

Sustainability
We promote an active environmental awareness from the start. Students participate in the vegetable garden initiative Huerta Modelo (Escuelas Verdes - Lazo IV), waste separation, and visits to recycling centres such as Remida. Additionally, they participate in experiences in natural environments, strengthening environmental commitment and responsibility.

Montessori Workshops
The Montessori Method is aligned with our Learn to Learn and Comprehensive Development and Wellbeing Pillars and our Learner Centred line of action. The work done by the children focuses on respecting human action and observing the sensitive periods they go through so that their guide can present to them how to work with the multiple Montessori materials. Then, each child is free to choose materials in a context of respect, collaboration, and empathy towards their peers.

Traditional Workshops
We offer an optional full-time day in K1, 2, 3 and 4, with flexible groups and integrated ages that favour autonomy and learning among groups. Our workshops include: cooking, recycling, gardening, puppet show, movement, and a free choice space in playful scenarios including drama, exploration and construction.

Kinder Play
The annual Play is a comprehensive pedagogical project throughout all of Kinder School, planned and produced by our teaching staff in the form of a musical. Through stories that teach values such as honesty, solidarity, perseverance and sustainability, our students become the narrators of their own adventures. It is an experience where teamwork and enjoyment are at the centre, allowing each child to celebrate their growth and expressions.
Cambridge Early Years – International Programme
In 2025, Belgrano Day School´s Kinder School became the first school to implement the Cambridge Early Years Programme, incorporating international standards from the beginning of the school journey. This proposal strengthens comprehensive development and lays solid academic foundations for the future inside the Cambridge Pathway.
Holistic Approach
The programme considers each child in their emotional, social, cognitive and physical aspects. It integrates bonds, different environments and meaningful experiences, broadening the focus beyond that merely academical.

Curriculum
Our curriculum integrates the National Programme with the Nationally Determined Contributions and Cambridge Early Years, furthered even more by special activities that enrich the educational experience.
It is based on a pedagogical multi-proposal that combines games, sectored play, learning spaces, traditional workshops and the Montessori Method.
This project promotes autonomy, curiosity and the ability to learn to learn from the first years of school.
Primary school sets the foundations for the development of a competent and autonomous learner, in a context of happiness and curiosity to learn inside an English-Spanish bilingual environment.
With focus on the wellbeing of each student, we put forward a project based on the development of skills and competencies to “learn to learn” throughout their whole lives (lifelong learning).
We broaden our students’ horizons through project based learning, connected to the real world. We promote a learning environment that prioritises:

Personalised paths
We design learning situations that allow each student to establish objectives, work towards them and see their progress. Teachers accompany this process with close follow-ups and continuous feedback. Students actively participate in the selection of topics and their educational path, strengthening their critical thinking skills, autonomy and commitment towards their learning in an environment of collaboration with their peers.

Project Based Learning
The development of knowledge and aptitudes is carried out through projects that connect understanding, abilities and real experiences. We open the classroom´s doors to a dialogue with the world, offering our students opportunities to practice bilingualism in a collaborative framework. We integrate the STEAM approach (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Mathematics) which articulates different areas for meaningful and challenging learning.

Blended Learning
The virtual classroom is the epicentre of learning: it organises content, activities and a customised academic follow-up, working as a meeting place between students and teachers and accompanying our everyday educational proposal. It integrates AI-power adaptative platforms for mathematics and reading fluency with our students´ digital portfolios. From P3, the Bring Your Own Device programme allows our students to acces their virtual classrooms in a personalised way, favouring progressive autonomy and taking their learning beyond the classroom.

Assessments that promote Learning
Assessment in Primary is conceived as a reflective and shared practice, part of a learning community. Through progressive learning, bilingual teaching teams accompany each student´s process with customised, educational and continuous feedback, emphasising their individual process and the learning objectives expected at each level.

Reading for Pleasure
The BDS Library is a key space to develop a love for reading and critical thinking. It functions as a meeting place and is open throughout the whole school hours. In it, students can participate in different literary experiences. Reading time, guided by specialists, promotes curiosity, imagination and a bond with reading.

Extracurricular Activities
We enrich our school path with experiences that broaden horizons and promote individual talents. These include educational outings, camping trips and cultural travel, workshops, talks with specialists in different fields, choir activities, book, arts and science fairs, and spaces where to learn coding, robotics, and digital design. These experiences integrate learning, creativity and community values in a workshop modality based on individual interests, in a way that promotes exchange and bonding between peers where each student can share from a personal place.

Comprehensive Support and Socio-emotional Development Programme
The Centre of Educational Psychology Orientation accompanies students, teachers and families through a systematic programme of socio-emotional development (SEL).

Science and the Environment
Every year we develop a cross-sectional programme between science and environmental practices that involves every school year and promotes ecological awareness and concrete actions that positively impact the community. This programme is strengthened with the participation in the Green Schools (Escuelas Verdes) initiative of GCBA, where BDS Primary was given a distinction as a Consecrated School for its sustained commitment with environmental education.

Computational Thinking and AI Readiness
Computational thinking is present in Primary through coding, robotics, and design workshops that develop logic, creativity and problem solving skills. We prepare our students for a world permeated by AI, promoting an active, strategic and conscious relationship with these technologies so they learn how to use them as allies in their development.

Middle & Senior experience

Each student designs their own academic journey according to their interests and aptitudes, with personalised support. Our proposal includes different subject combinations, elective languages —Mandarin, Portuguese and French— and orientations in Exact Sciences, Humanities, and Art & Design. Digital Ecosystem, Blended Learning Model and Global Experiences
The virtual classroom is the epicentre of learning and guarantor of our pedagogical continuity. Through Schoology, we organise content, activities and carry out the academic follow-up. Sports are a key pillar in the comprehensive development offered at Belgrano Day School. We offer Rugby, Hockey and Volley, as well as an Athletics programme that includes 11 different events. Round Square: a Global Community
We are the first Argentinian school member of Round Square, an international network that promotes educational experiences focused on leadership, service and the idea of global citizenship. Curriculum
During the six years of high school, we offer a full-time bilingual education that integrates the Argentinian curriculum with international programmes.
In Middle 1 students sit for the Cambridge Checkpoint. In Middle 3 they begin preparing for. the IGCSEs, which they sit for in Senior 4. In Senior 5 they begin their paths in the IB Diploma Programme, in which they develop critical thinking and a global outlook.
They can also choose to pursue the Cambridge International AICE, broadening their international academic scope.
